We do not accept:
Products that are damaged as a result of misuse or that show signs of wear, even if you keep the original invoices or packages.
-Products that have been used, altered, assembled or installed, unless defective.
Such as - bedsheets, mattresses, bathroom products, baby bedsheets products, pillows, sheets, duvets, bedspread set, duvet covers, elastic sponge cover, towels and bathrobes that have been removed from their packaging.
-Products that have been assembled, unless there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to inspect the defects and we will repair or replace defective products at our discretion.
- Products purchased from other websites or stores, even if they are of the same brand Donetella.
-Products you wish to exchange for a different color or size. (We currently do not offer exchange service which means you will need to return the item first and buy what you want instead) Please return your products in their original packaging, within 3 days from the day of delivery. Check carefully that you have included the original invoice, all accessories, promotional giveaways and warranty cards included with your order.

Refund
The Refund request must be made within 3 days from the date the product arrives to you.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition and all labels are not removed
- The customer will pay SAR. 19 of the refund fee by deducting it from the invoice value.
- That the product be returned with its original packaging and box, and that it is intact, undamaged and complete
- Purchase order number and invoice number.
- Products will be received from the same address they were delivered to.
After checking and examining the product, the amount will be transferred or delivered in the same payment method that was purchased within 7 working days.
Replacement
If the customer wants to replace the products, the customer will pay SAR. 19 of the replacement fee. By deducting it from the invoice value.
- The replacement request is to be made within 3 days from the date on which the product delivered to you
- Products will be received from the same address they were delivered to.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition and all labels are not removed
- That the product be returned with the original packaging and box, and that it is intact, undamaged and complete
- The amount will be transferred upon our receipt of the products in their original condition within 7 working days.
- The alternative order will be treated as the new order according to the prices and conditions applicable at the time.
- The shipping fees and the value of the cash against delivery fees are not refunded in the event that the customer wants to replace his order, and it is deducted from the customer's refund amount in addition to the replacement fee.
Return
- The product is only returned if there is a mistake in the product that was shipped, a manufacturing defect, or damage, and therefore you can request a return for the product.
- In case of defective products or delivery of a product by mistake, and after verification and approval, we will refund the amount you paid and the delivery fee, if any.
- Products will be received from the same address they were delivered to.
- The amount will be transferred or delivered upon our receipt of the products in their original condition and with the same payment method in which the purchase was made, within 7 working days.
